1. How long does production and shipping take?
All products are made to order. Production usually takes 8 to 12 business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location and carrier. During peak periods (holidays, sales), production times may be longer.
2. Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition. Exchanges are not offered; if you need a different size or design, please place a new order.
3. What if my item is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at contact@osakumaclothing.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
4. Why does my product look slightly different from the photos?
Since all products are produced using Print on Demand, slight variations in print color, placement, or sizing may occur. These are normal and not considered defects.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
6. Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Currently, Osakuma Clothing does not offer custom/personalized orders.
7. What sizes are available?
All size guides are provided on the product page. We recommend checking them carefully before ordering, as we cannot exchange items for size issues.
8: What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. Please double-check your address at checkout before confirming your order.
