SECTION 6 – PRINT ON DEMAND POLICY

  • All Osakuma Clothing products are produced on demand. Each item is manufactured after the order is placed.

  • Production times may take 3 - 7 business days before shipping, in addition to carrier delivery times.

  • Slight variations in colors, print placement, or sizing may occur due to the production process. These variations are not considered defects.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, in line with our Refund Policy.

  • EU customers: statutory right of withdrawal applies (except for customized products).

  • Non-EU customers: we provide a voluntary 14-day return policy under specific conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

 

 

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we modify or cancel an order, we may notify you by email or phone.
