Shipping & Production

All Osakuma Clothing products are made to order through our Print on Demand partner.

Production usually takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

During periods of high demand (such as holidays or sales events), production times may increase.

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Estimates are provided at checkout but cannot be guaranteed.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged upon delivery.

Important: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
Returns & Exchanges

European Union customers: You have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from the date of receipt (except customized/personalized items). Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Non-EU customers (including USA/Canada): We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
🚫 We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
Important Notes

Slight variations in print color, placement, or sizing may occur due to the Print on Demand process. These are not considered defects.

Customized/personalized products are non-refundable.
