Refund policy

Shipping & Production

  • All Osakuma Clothing products are made to order through our Print on Demand partner.

  • Production usually takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

  • During periods of high demand (such as holidays or sales events), production times may increase.

  • Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Estimates are provided at checkout but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged upon delivery.

  • Important: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

  • European Union customers: You have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from the date of receipt (except customized/personalized items). Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Non-EU customers (including USA/Canada): We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

🚫 We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

 


 

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in print color, placement, or sizing may occur due to the Print on Demand process. These are not considered defects.

  • Customized/personalized products are non-refundable.
